Pupil Voice is at the Heart of Stoke Fleming School Learning Environments

Our School Parliament meet with the FRIENDS of Stoke Fleming School -( The FRIENDS are a voluntary group of people who help organise and support fantastic fundraising events throughout the year.)

Our school Parliament introduced themselves to the FRIENDS this month. The children explained how they organised their very own fundraising events in school, to support the Children in Need Charity.

The FRIENDS and the Pupil Parliament have joined forces to work together to fundraise and improve the school environments.

The FRIENDS have ask the children to find out: 'What ideas do the children have to improve the playing field environment?'

The Parliament have taken on the challenge to ask the school throughout the month of January. All ideas, drawings and suggestions will be collaborated and displayed for all to see. Before handing these ideas to the FRIENDS of the school.

The Parliament will also be holding a competition in January to update the climbing wall painting. More details to follow in the new year.

The Parliament have asked the FRIENDS, if they could help fund some much wanted mirrors in the girls' and boys' toilets. The FRIENDS agreed.

Together we can make a difference!
